How to subscribe to KaliaOps in a few simple steps
Overview
Subscribing to KaliaOps is quick and straightforward. Our online subscription process allows you to choose the plan that best fits your organization's needs and start using the platform immediately.
The entire process takes less than 5 minutes and includes:
- Choosing the number of users
- Selecting your billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- Entering your organization details
- Secure payment via Stripe
Step-by-Step Guide
Access the pricing calculator
Go to the pricing section on our homepage. Use the interactive calculator to select the number of users you need. The price is automatically calculated based on your selection.
Choose your billing cycle
Select between monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing saves you 22% compared to monthly payments (€35/user instead of €45/user). You can switch between cycles at any time from your admin dashboard.
Click "Start with Professional"
Once you've configured your plan, click the "Start with Professional" (or "Starter") button to open the subscription form. You'll need to provide your organization's details.
Enter your organization information
Fill in the required information:
- Organization name: Your company or organization name
- Contact details: Name, email, and phone number
- Billing address: Required for invoicing purposes
- VAT number (EU only): For VAT exemption if applicable
Complete secure payment
You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Access your new instance
After successful payment, you'll receive an email with:
- Your unique tenant URL (kaliaops.com/yourcompany)
- Admin credentials to set up your account
- Quick start guide to configure your instance
